I came to work hardly able to walk, with severe pain in my lower back and leg. Dr. Hamilton noticed that something was wrong as I could barely speak or do my job. She asked me if I would like a treatment for the pain and I agreed. I had immediate relief to my surprise (WOW). Pain was eliminated and has not returned to this day. After nearly 20 years of severe intestinal pain, and many operations to help with it, I went to see Janean. I thought I would at least try acupuncture and my mind was open to it, but I still did not fully understand what it all entailed. Before my first session, I was barely able to get out of bed without pain, and I was definitely not able to stand up straight first thing in the morning. I had been told by my many doctors that it was something I was just going to have to live with, and oh by the way, continue taking a number of narcotic drugs to help me live with.

It wasn’t long after my first session I could feel the difference inside me. I walked away with absolutely no pain, that very day. The next morning, I got out of bed without any pain and was walking around my house before I realized I had none of my “normal” limitations. I have continued to see Janean for “maintenance” and other guidance in my life and am grateful that I have my life back.
